Telesmart is looking for a Provisioning Coordinator to join our Platform Operations Team based in Wellington.
As a provisioning coordinator working within Telesmart’s Wellington based operations team, you will work closely with various areas of our business to deliver voice and data services to our customers. This is a busy role, it will suit a person who can self-manage and deliver results in a deadline driven work environment with a varied and dynamic work load.
To apply you must have relevant experience in coordination and service provisioning. You must also be either a permanent New Zealand resident or hold a current NZ work visa with a remaining work entitlement of 18 months or more.
Telesmart is looking for a Service Desk Agent to join the Professional Services Team to be based in our Wellington office.
Telesmart are expanding and improving on how we work, and we are looking for an additional Service Desk Agent to provide a professional service for Telesmart’s clients utilising our strong processes within the Service Desk. This would be done through managing and monitoring the types of requests that are being handled and how they are progressed through to completion.
There is a new requirement to also build and develop our IT Management practice. The role will include delivering this service as well as troubleshooting issues that occur.
You would ideally have had 1 years’ experience on a Help/ Service Desk and Microsoft (Server/Office365) skills or certifications. Networking experience is not a prerequisite but an added advantage.
Personal attributes are; a positive can-do attitude, customer focus, willingness to learn, being a fast pace learner and reliability.
Telesmart work on staggered hours within the Service Desk, it is an 8-hour day with start time varying from 07:30 to 09:00 and finish times 16:00 to 17:30.
