In 1994, Miles Valentine started computer telephony integration software company, Zeacom. Today Zeacom is a leading provider of communications solutions for business.

The company has 110 staff based in California, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and the UK. Distributor relationships extend the company's presence into an additional 20 markets.
Valentine was no stranger to the telephone business when he launched Zeacom; in 1988 he founded Telephone Technology Ltd, an independent telephone reseller which he built into a multi-million dollar company before selling it in 1993.
Zeacom has grown rapidly since its inception, notably in the highly competitive US market. In January 2000, Miles relocated to Southern California to manage the Zeacom's expansion into the United States. Since then, the company has expanded its US exports to account for 46% of its annual turnover and 40% of its worldwide customer base.
Zeacom's contact center and unified communications solutions are implemented on over 2200 customer sites.
